@RealityFan2025 @brendonvbb12 ABC/Disney isn’t state run. The FCC’s threat to pull their license is unlawful because it cannot use licensing power to control speech for disliking a viewpoint. That makes the threat both an administrative and constitutional violation, regardless of ABC’s private response.
