If capitalism truly rewarded skill or intelligence, the richest people would be neurosurgeons, engineers, and scientists.
If it rewarded talent, it would be artists, writers, and creators.
If it rewarded hard work, it would be cleaners, laborers, and service workers.
But it’s none of them.

That chart is well worth studying. Share of daily transactions taking place in cash around the world. As an Australian, I’m very much used to cashless everything by now. I’m still totally against going fully cashless.
and all that intellectual openness stuff always comes from people who aren't even willing to entertain the idea of, like, rent subsidies or what have you
