After spending 10,327 days on this planet, I’ve finally turned years of reflection, journaling, and observation into something tangible—my first book: OVERTHINKING EVERYTHING.
A journey through thought, self-awareness, and action.
One of the best philosophical scenes ever put on film.
Your obsession with getting everything perfect might be the very thing keeping you stuck.
Sometimes, “it has to be perfect” is just another way of saying:
“I’m afraid to start.”

Stay away from fake people. The two-faced. The sweet-tongued. The show-offs. People who are full on the surface but empty on the inside. All image. No depth. Do not care how impressive someone looks. Observe how they treat people when there’s nothing to gain. That shows real character. Your energy is not for everyone. Give it to people who are real. Simple. Humble. A little awkward, maybe. But genuine. And above all, bone deep honest.
“I like being at home. My life is very simple. I read a lot of books. Watch a lot of movies. Listen to a lot of music. Walk the dog. Cook with the family. I am boring.”
— Cillian Murphy
To build a life that actually feels like yours, get in touch with your inner madness. Become unapologetically yourself. Take the road not taken. Wake up at 5 while everyone else is sleeping. Read 900-page books. Spend a year mastering a skill nobody around you even understands. Work for 3 months straight. Build the thing you always dreamed about. Then... disappear. Fuck living by the "script". Stop following the herd. They're lost. Don’t be a sheep. Be rare. Be you. Become the person you respect and admire and get inspired from. This one mindset shift can change the entire trajectory of your life.
One of the greatest cheat codes in life is to never get offended. Train yourself to have thick skin. Don't take things personally. Let others disagree with you. Being easily offended means you're easily manipulated. If you value peace of mind, avoid getting offended.
the reality of neuroplasticity: intense, uncomfortable focus on something you suck at forces your brain to manufacture entirely new structural connections just to keep up.
I like calm people. Who aren't loud just to be noticed. Who read deep books. Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Nietzsche. Who can sit through a 2-hour documentary about aliens and actually enjoy it. Smart as fuck. Zero show-off energy. No performance. No drama. Just a calm vibe. They notice things. Think deeply. Talk less, understand more. The ones who stay low-key and private in a world obsessed with being seen. Those are my people.
Let people misunderstand you. People give opinions. Then, they go home. Eat dinner. Scroll Instagram. Worry about their own problems. And they wake up the next morning and forget about you. Nobody remembers it forever. So, just do what you gotta do. Stop worrying about people.
Be honest with yourself. To your beliefs. To your values. Keep the promises you made to yourself. Once you start something, finish it. Once you leave someone, don't go back. It's not easy. But once you stop lying to yourself, you start building a life you actually want to live.
Act and learn to wait. Stop thinking about the results right away. Your mind will tell you it's not working. Do something. It will give you all kinds of reasons why you will fail. Do not pay attention. The anxiety you feel in that moment comes from desiring the results right now. The truth is, you can't have it right now. It's not magic. Be patient. Keep putting in the work. Good things take time.
Derek Sivers had it right:
“Mastery is the best goal because the rich can’t buy it, the impatient can’t rush it, the privileged can’t inherit it, and nobody can steal it. You can only earn it through hard work. Mastery is the ultimate status.”
Arnold Schwarzenegger's no complaining rule:
“No complaining about a situation unless you're prepared to do something to make it better. If you see a problem and you don't come to the table with a potential solution, I don't want to hear your whining about how bad it is. It couldn't be that bad if it hasn't motivated you to try to fix it.”
This sentence by Dostoyevsky hits so hard:
“You sensed that you should be following a different path, a more ambitious one, you felt that you were destined for other things but you had no idea how to achieve them and in your misery you began to hate everything around you.”
Stop needing your old life to understand your new one. That story is over. Finished. Done. You were a different person then. You had different fears. Different dreams. Different standards for what you would tolerate. Some people will only understand you as the person you used to be. Let them.
There is a version of you that only exists when nobody is watching. A version that never performs. Never asks for permission. Never needs approval. Just you. Existing as your most natural self. Honest. Real. Authentic to the bones. Pay attention to that person. That’s the version of you who can build the life you keep imagining.
Do hard shit. Not because it’s fun. But because the win actually means something. You bled for it. You broke for it. You fucking earned it. Easy wins are forgettable. Hard ones change you. That’s the point.
Don't take life too seriously. We are just passing through. Do honest work. Be real. Don't perform. Express who you truly are. The purpose is not to become someone else. You already know who you are. The purpose is to realize your highest potential. To become the person you already know, deep in your heart, you’re meant to be.
Be done. Done with people who drain you. Habits that destroy you. Patterns you’ve been repeating for years. Stop waiting for a sign. This is your sign. Stop doing the things that are hurting you. Now is the time. This is the moment. You need peace. Peace is choosing yourself.
