@maciejbanach Nice to see more real-world data on inclisiran. We had similar findings in ~150 pt.: PCSK9 man therapy associated w/less profound LDL-C response, even though the majority had 3 months between two drugs

1) there is a high variability in LDL-C reduction between individuals 2) statin/eze use is associated with greater LDL-C reduction 3) LDL-C reduction was less pronounced in those who were switched from antibody to siRNA (even with 3 months wash-out)
