@United Is there a reason UA1412 to Denver diverted to Rapid City? That was about the most idiotic thing you could’ve done. Held us hostage on the plane for hours while you tried to whittle some fuel out of a couple stalks of corn apparently & totally screwed us. What a shitshow.

@united It was only by kindness of another distraught passenger at the gate that we got home that night. He had already been on the phone with customer svc 30 min & helped us & another couple get flights switched. Your gate agents were useless with computers down & Lord only knows what…
