Unless the value of this building dropped all the way down to $345,000 it has no impact on the taxes she pays whatsoever.

@TweetBenMax A round-trip peak ticket from my town to Grand Central is $30.50, plus parking at the station. For commuter rail riders, I can’t imagine anything other than things reverting to the status quo once people realize how relatively inexpensive the congestion charge is.
