When President Bola Ahmed Tinubu promised 24-hour electricity and said Nigerians should not vote him in for a second term if he failed to deliver, he already knew that promise could never be fulfilled. He only wanted to prove how easily foolish Nigerians would fall for empty campaign promises in the 2027 elections.

@tokunbo_wahab The people in government seem to be completely disconnected from reality. We really need to do a complete reset of our government systems
Five months ago, gst started investigating and calling out NAFDAC for failing to regulate harmful substances. We were doxxed, threatened, and eventually “invited” to a conference.
Then, instead of doing its job, NAFDAC launched a “campaign” telling consumers to protect themselves from the very products it is supposed to regulate.
They failed to regulate. We called them out. And their response was to shift the burden back onto Nigerians.

“We are suffering, and that is why we decided to come out on our own to sensitise women ahead of the 2027 election.
Don’t collect money from politicians and vote for them because of it. If you do, they will go back to office and recoup their investment, and you won’t see them again until another election cycle.
We need hospitals. We need good schools. Look at the schools our children are going to. After school, our children need jobs. They need opportunities to build a future.
So, don’t vote because someone gave you spaghetti, soap, rice or a small amount of money. Think about what you and your children will need for the next four years.
Your vote is worth much more than a bag of food. Vote for people who will provide the hospitals, schools, jobs and opportunities that our communities desperately need.”

Gen Z are back again; they are creating magic. They understand the issues better than most of us. They give me hope that Nigeria may yet be redeemed. An AWAKENING has surely begun!
