@TfL spoke to "Daniel" in customer service "computer says no". Received called from mgr "Rowan" who was just as awful. No budging. Chq rec 2 days late. Chq dated 22 June. Deadline 26 June. Rec 28 June. £80 turns to £240 NOTHING YOU CAN DO. Pay it. #customerexperience #londoncity

@TfL Thanks DF, I've spoken to the team and my experience has been v disappointing. No room for common sense. Apparently my chq took 5 days via @RoyalMail to arrive but noone told me that it was late. 2 months later I rec a letter as my PCN has gone up up up #customerexperience

#executiveclub members; how on earth do you speak to @British_Airways to change a booking? Every successful call with them takes at least 5 failed attempts of sitting on hold for 90 minutes before #BA cut you off and you have to start again 🤬
