Радий вітати у Києві Президентку Європейської комісії Урсулу фон дер Ляєн. Сьогодні, у День Української Державності, у нас цілком справедливо багато уваги нашим відносинам з Євросоюзом.

Ми працюємо для відкриття кластерів у перемовинах про вступ України. Зараз ми дуже очікуємо, що запрацює і черговий пакет європейських санкцій – вже 21-й пакет. Ми зробили дуже багато для інтеграції наших оборонних спроможностей та виробництв із європейськими.

Сьогодні є і перший документ в основу Drone Deal – великої оборонної угоди між Україною та Євросоюзом. Це справді історичний крок у наших відносинах. І далі ми очікуємо фінансової підтримки від ЄС для нашої антибалістичної програми.

Обговорили сьогодні, що потрібно зробити нам разом з Євросоюзом у підготовці до зими: енергетика – незмінний пріоритет.

З нагоди Дня Української Державності відзначив нагородами наших людей, які своєю роботою допомагають Україні вистояти та зберегти нашу незалежність. Передусім особисто нагородив наших Героїв та вручив орден «Золота Зірка» мамі загиблого Героя України, якому це звання присвоєно посмертно.

Сьогодні державними відзнаками нагороджені наші воїни та цивільні – медики, енергетики – всі, хто щодня працює заради України та Українського народу. Серед нагороджених також Премʼєр-міністерка України Юлія Свириденко, перший віцепрем'єр-міністр – міністр енергетики України Денис Шмигаль, Посол Франції в Україні Гаель Весьєр, історикиня Наталя Яковенко, письменник та військовослужбовець Ілларіон Павлюк, видавець Антон Мартинов.

Окремо вручив і паспорти десятьом юним українцям. Серед них – діти загиблих і полонених захисників та призери спортивних змагань.

Україна тримається на людях, які щодня захищають, рятують, відбудовують і працюють заради неї. Дякую кожному і кожній за вашу службу, працю, відданість державі та нашим людям.

Після саміту Україна – Південно-Східна Європа провів зустрічі з лідерами країн-учасниць.

З кожним і кожною – детально про наші двосторонні відносини і як їх зміцнити, також – про міжнародну адженду. Україна цінує підтримку країн Південно-Східної Європи і ми зацікавлені у надійних, сильних партнерствах. Разом ми можемо зробити багато для більшої спільної безпеки і розвитку. Фактично з усіма країнами регіону є перспективні проєкти.

Молдова, Румунія, Сербія, Албанія, Хорватія та Словенія – дякую за солідарність. Вже вдруге саміт у такому форматі проходить в Україні, і важливо, що лідери приїжджають до нашої держави, бачать, через що проходять українці та українки кожного дня. Вдячний за те, що після наших зустрічей лідери відвідали Києво-Печерську лавру, яку в червні росіяни пошкодили своїм ударом. Обовʼязково маємо далі тиснути на агресора, щоб ці удари проти життя припинилися і був гідний мир.

Following the Ukraine–Southeast Europe Summit, I held meetings with the leaders of the participating countries @sandumaiamd, @NicusorDanRO, @avucic, @BajramBegajAL, @AndrejPlenkovic, @JJansaSDS.

With each of them, we had in-depth discussions about our bilateral relations and how to strengthen them, as well as the broader international agenda. Ukraine values the support of the countries of Southeast Europe, and we are committed to building reliable, strong partnerships. Together, we can do a lot to strengthen our shared security and advance our development. We have promising projects with nearly every country in the region.

Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Albania, Croatia, and Slovenia – thank you for your solidarity. For the second time, the summit in this format has been held in Ukraine, and it is important that the leaders come to our country and see what Ukrainians endure every day. I am grateful that after our meetings the leaders visited the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, damaged by a Russian strike in June. We must continue pressuring the aggressor so that these attacks against life come to an end and a dignified peace can be achieved.

Together with the leaders and representatives of Southeast European countries and Ursula von der Leyen, we honored the memory of our fallen warriors.

We thank each and every one of them for beginning their visit on Ukrainian Statehood Day and the Day of the Baptism of Kyivan Rus–Ukraine by paying tribute to Ukrainian heroes.

Eternal honor to the Ukrainian men and women who gave their lives for Ukraine’s independence and the security of all Europe.

We are building a state that has enough strength and self-respect to do both at once: preserve its heritage and pursue ambitious plans. A Ukraine that values its past and believes in its own future. A state that is not afraid of the phrase “for the first time” – and that, for the first time, is doing what until recently could only have been a dream.

For the first time, Ukraine and Europe will build an anti-ballistic shield together. A historic project in which Ukraine is not an observer, but one of the leaders – bringing together countries and Europe’s strongest defense companies. The FREYJA project has been launched.

We will do everything necessary to build Europe’s anti-ballistic system by integrating all European anti-ballistic capabilities. So that the skies over our nations are protected. So that dictators cannot dictate how free people in Europe should live. So that the lives of people in Ukraine and in every European country do not depend on whether Putin and those like him have ballistic missiles or not.

Quando as forças de segurança precisam, as imagens e dados coletados pela central são usados pra ajudar no avanço de investigações, além de criar padrões que podem impedir outros crimes parecidos.

For the first time, Ukraine is developing its own ballistic missiles and deep-strike capabilities. These are not merely systems under development, but real capabilities that are already operational and reaching distances that were previously unattainable.

2,884 kilometers. That is the distance from here to the Omsk oil refinery. A historic range. Historic precision. And unlike Russia, which wages war against residential buildings, schools, and churches, Ukraine strikes the “sponsors” of Putin’s war and the tools that help him kill.

Some say that, with modern technology, we are sending Russia back to the Middle Ages. Others recall Napoleon and the days when Moscow was ablaze. But for Ukraine, it is not grand rhetoric that matters – it is the result. Our ultimate goal is not Russia without gasoline, but Ukraine without Russia. Ukraine without war. Ukraine with Europe. And Ukraine and Europe without the threat from Moscow.
