If I get interrupted while reading, I have to adjust back again. I imagine the neural pathways I have to travel in each direction & it takes a minute to navigate.

I'm turning 48 in a few days & feel like I'm getting a second chance at learning how to adult. It's exhilarating & exhausting. Highly recommend.
