@MercedesBenz Yes, I've. I've been in contact with @MercedesTurkiye, who confirmed a replacement vehicle on your behalf. It has been called back after 5 days with no solution offered. I'm left without a safe alternative. A generic redirect to customer support is not an acceptable response.

@MercedesBenz My car has a confirmed fire risk. A battery replacement was approved but there's no timeline. Now the loaner is being recalled after 5 days leaving me with a dangerous vehicle and no solution. How is this acceptable from a brand like Mercedes?

@MercedesTurkiye bataryamın (EB330) kusurlu olduğunu ve değişim gerektiğini onayladı, ancak net bir tarih vermiyor. “Şikayetinizi not aldık” deniyor, çözüm yok. Yangın riski taşıyan aracı kullanmak zorunda bırakılıyorum. Can güvenliğim için acil çözüm ve yazılı dönüş bekliyorum.
