On top of this, we have reached out to @Facebook Facebook in any and every way possible and 4 days later we still have no response or any way to know if they ever will help us to recover our lost invoices for our customers who placed their orders on this store front.

@Facebook has the absolute worst customer service/technical support team ever. As a business owner who operates their e-commerce store through their platform I would say never ever do this. Our store front completely disappeared with all our active orders for no reason.

Also @Facebook is it really that damn difficult to list a damn email on your support page so that I can at least feel like I am getting somewhere. I have attempted to reach out in chat and I keep getting a message telling me to email... there is no email option!

@Facebook I need immediate assistance in regards to my Store I had set up on my Facebook page how do I get in contact with someone right now! I have customers waiting for orders that are active in there and you seemingly deleted my entire store and commerce manager... HELP!

Likewise @Facebook it is not fair to my customers that i will be delayed in processing their orders bec I don’t have access to their shipping information until this is rectified. I need my shop back now! Please tell me how to get in contact with support so I can get this fixed
