@CradleofGolf @scratchgolfshow Definitely not a rich kid. Struggled his whole life until very recently. He has a sardonic sense of humor which some people love (like me) and others don’t understand or appreciate. It’s not a pretense or an excuse mechanism. It’s just candor and self awareness.

He battled back courageously but it should be fully expected that he gets a bit spacey and forgetful sometimes. One of the reasons we love Luke: he never uses this as an excuse

It’s been two years since my mate Jock Zonfrillo left us. We often play ‘Loch Lomond’ on stage for him. I haven’t got my pipes with me or I’d be playing for him today. Lauren Zonfrillo has written a book about grieving him, it’s titled ‘Till Death Do Us Part’ and it’s out in a few days. My love to you and the kids Loz.
