@RnaudBertrand The reality of the matter is that European merchants are already importing and selling the same items from Temu at prices 3 to 10 times more expensive. This move does nothing but protect those who extract economic value from the citizens without providing any added value.
Serious: Global South prepares for war against the Angloamerican West:
- Russia has run extensive nuclear triad tests. The tests involved the entire triad, including top-tier missiles like Sarmat that are supposed to be used in World War III, among other nuclear missiles and weapons like nuclear torpedoes.
https://t.co/Y9rbLVBYH6
- Venezuela has rebuffed the US, flown Su-30s with anti-ship missiles near the US fleet and is now deploying Russian air-defense batteries across the coast
https://t.co/JFSnuGcF5w
- Iran just received Chinese air defense systems, is set to buy J-10 fighters.
https://t.co/JSGMNLon7e
- Iran just declared that its latest missile, which is capable of a 10,000 km range, is about to get deployed
https://t.co/9qcC4yfn4G
- Mega freight trains from Russia with very long containers are entering Iran
https://t.co/LEanz5iffC
- China just launched its latest aircraft carrier, which is far ahead of the latest US tech, and adopted anti-imperialist language
https://t.co/dUzZaz8HMt
In the meantime, Yemen said that it busted a US-Israeli-Saudi spy network that was leaking information to Israel to help it target Yemen, while it is rumored that Yemen received new-generation missiles from unknown sources.
All of these are happening within the same 2-3 weeks at a point when the US and Israel fired up hostilities against various Global South countries like Venezuela, Iran, Lebanon. Venezuela and Iran rebuffing the US and Israel and making very specific statements about their weapon systems and capabilities, backed by strong statements from Russia and China about US imperialism, indicate that these are not random bravado but parts of a coordinated strategy by all of these countries.
This also indicates that they expect serious aggression from the US-Israel clique. Otherwise, their preparations wouldn't be this all-encompassing, their statements wouldn't be this harsh (especially in the case of China), and all-out nuclear readiness tests would not be done. So basically, the US and Israel are about to start a very big war. Thanks to the 'peace candidate' who betrayed all his promises to act as the president of Israel instead of the US, of course.
The countries that get caught in between this exchange, especially the 'unaligned' or 'semi-aligned' countries and the countries that have a neutrality policy despite being in NATO, will suffer the fallout. It would be best for them to extricate themselves from the conflict by avoiding getting entangled with the US or Israel, or their surrogates like the UK, if this real war blows up. Countries that are hosting major US bases risk getting targeted in the ensuing exchange. Hosting US bases became a liability.
This war will be won by the Global South. China and Russia are way ahead in military technology and they have the numbers to field that technology in a disproportionate exchange. They also have the capability to defend themselves reasonably well from the other side. They will get hurt, but not as badly as the US, Israel and whoever stands with them.
The elite in the Angloamerican West does not care about this, of course - in their eyes, this is a gamble that they can risk because if it fails, they won't be footing the bill.
So the delirious descent towards nuclear exchange continues. Simply because there is no sane faction strong enough in Angloamerica that can stop the delirious dinosaurs from causing a nuclear catastrophe.
Any sane person with a conscience would be on the side of the Global South when this war happens.
Major Post: Capitalism Is Dead
This time is not like when it was declared dead before. It's visibly eating itself from the inside out in plain sight, and it has no intention of stopping it. And all the cheats and tricks to keep it going have run out:

The extent to which the Russian establishment goes to appease Trump is unbelievable. Every time Trump throws a tantrum and threatens escalation, they agree to a summit in a dangerous place where the Russian president could be killed or captured.
Yes, the ‘traditional’ logic is that doing those to a nuclear superpower’s president invites global nuclear war, so nobody would do it.
But that’s a false conception.
Nobody outside the Angloamerican elite would do it. The Angloamerican elite are different.
The Angloamerican elite operate on a narcissistic, obsessive-compulsive gambler mentality. With this mentality, if the payout from a gamble is bigger than the potential risk, they take that risk. Their risk perception is dampened by their narcissism, which is induced in them due to the untouchable position they have in their own societies, where they do anything and suffer absolutely no consequences. They are used to upping the ante and to others eventually giving in to their demands.
The same mentality governs their geopolitics.
If they pull off a big gamble like killing or capturing the Russian president, the payoff will be big when Russia gives in to their demands. If they can’t and a nuclear war starts, it won’t be themselves who are suffering. It will be their own people. They will be safe in their bunkers and even in their rural estates, which would be unlikely targets.
Russia’s politics of accommodating the US every time Trump throws a tantrum and agreeing to a summit in a dangerous location allows the Anglo elite the opportunity to try their luck. If this keeps repeating, they will eventually pull the lever on the slot machine to try their luck. And Russia will end up in a worse position than having to retaliate for any Tomahawk attack. It doesn’t matter that different factions, or even the dominant faction among the Anglo elite may be against it. A different faction could try the gamble with the expectation of a big payoff. And the dominant factions may be unable or unwilling to prevent it.
They correctly calculate that Russia will be in a very difficult position if they can pull it off. Russia would have to choose between sacrificing its president and starting a nuclear war. Or, more likely, they could do limited, but significant retaliation against US and North European strategic assets. Perfectly profitable scenario for the Anglo elite, as it would be others who would be paying the price in both of those scenarios. A large number of American, European soldiers, civilians could die. Various countries’ infrastructure could be destroyed. Perfectly acceptable price to pay for defeating Russia and keeping the empire going.
So Russia is tempting fate by agreeing to these summits with Trump in dangerous locations like Alaska or Hungary. Something that a country fighting a world war should not be doing. It’s impossible to understand why Russia does not insist on meeting in Russia, too - after all, the Russian president did accommodate Trump and went all the way to Alaska.
Why doesn’t the American president reciprocate the courtesy? But somehow these summits end up having to happen in locations risky for the Russian president?
That itself alone suggests that the Anglo elite may be preparing to try its luck.
@RnaudBertrand They are right: If China doesn't intervene, it will face a much worse war: The US is implementing the Brzezinski plan to destroy China, and one of its legs is destruction of Iran:

Today, more starving Palestinians were lured into “aid distribution sites”.
They went in hope that they might find a bag of flour.
They were gunned down and murdered instead.
What utter inhumanity. End all arms sales to Israel, now.
Will China Back Iran? The Answer Is Most Likely Yes — China is already doing it
— But Not Without a Cost
When Israeli missiles pierced the skies over Tehran in the early hours of June 12th, obliterating the Revolutionary Guard’s command center in a precision strike, Iran found itself stripped of illusions. And when it turned for help, it didn’t call Moscow. It reached for two phone lines: Beijing and Islamabad.
Within hours, Iran’s foreign minister was on the phone with China’s minister of Foreign Affairs Wang Yi. Soon after, Pakistan declared its support, and military aircraft were spotted entering Iranian airspace. The symbolism was stark: when the Islamic Republic felt existential threat, it turned to the East.
So — will China back Iran?
The answer is: most probably yes—and in some ways, it’s already happening. Iran’s recent missile strikes have become notably more precise, largely due to China granting it access to the Advanced BeiDou satellite navigation system. If Pakistan is visibly supporting Iran, it’s unlikely to be acting alone. China supplies most of Pakistan’s military hardware, and its logistical and technical backing is essential to any sustained Pakistani operation.
But before looking forward, we must first understand how strained the China–Iran relationship had become.
China’s support for Iran doesn’t stem from alliance, affinity, or ideological kinship. It’s not about brotherhood. Xi Jinping, as China’s leader and a figure of influence in the Global South, may personally see Israel’s actions as crossing fundamental lines of basic human decency—but that’s not the driving force here. China’s position is shaped by strategic consideration: energy security, the energy corridor, and the broader logic of the Belt and Road Initiative. Supporting Iran, for China, is not sentimental. It’s pragmatic—a rational stance toward a country that sits on a key geopolitical fault line of Eurasian infrastructure.
A Marriage of Convenience, Not Conviction
Recently China and Iran's relationship has been estranged. It wasn’t always this frosty. Back in 2021, China and Iran signed a sweeping 25-year strategic cooperation agreement worth about $400 billion — spanning energy, ports, finance, and even military training. It was hailed as Tehran’s pivot to the East, an exit ramp from sanctions and isolation. For a brief moment, it looked like Iran had chosen the China-Russia bloc.
But the ink had barely dried before Tehran’s behavior grew erratic. Projects were shelved, port cooperation at Chabahar stalled, solar equipment was seized by the IRGC, and in a twist that felt like a deliberate snub, Iran leased the same port to India — even as India was cozying up to the U.S. and preparing for confrontation with Pakistan.
Worse, just as India and Pakistan were on the brink of war, Iran signed a full-spectrum strategic agreement with New Delhi. No pretense of neutrality — just opportunism. Wherever the wind blew, Iran tilted. Its foreign policy became a study in hedging: foot in the East, heart in the West, eyes on the next buyer.
Anti-Americanism for Sale
What Iran seemed to have discovered was that, in a world divided by a U.S.–China cold war, its anti-American posture had value. Tehran’s liberals — the Western-leaning elite — saw an opportunity. While denouncing the China deal as a national sellout, they also tried to use their anti-U.S. position as a bargaining chip with China. The logic: “We’re useful to you — pay up.”
But here’s the contradiction: while posturing against the U.S., Tehran was simultaneously trying to mend ties with Washington and Europe, hoping to ease sanctions and attract Western investment. In effect, Iran tried to monetize its anti-Americanism while flirting with the West — a contradictory strategy that neither Washington nor Beijing found trustworthy.
@MyLordBebo That would be because of a decade of conservative sh*t slinging against her for her climate advocacy.
Otherwise, the establishment canceled her for starting to talk about socialism. And she is pursuing worthy causes now. So basically, that's your own conservative bias.
One of the doctors once explained that the reason the most killed are between 6-12 year olds is because they run less fast than the older kids but they’re also too big for an adult to carry while running.
