@FedExHelp It’s been 2 days now waiting for a parcel to arrive from about 20miles. And there has been no attempt made! Not acceptable when your tracking service says it will be delivered, and your customer support says the same. It would have been quicker for me to collect!

@FedExEurope @FedExHelp this is poorb 2 days now you have failed to deliver a parcel 20miles away, when I talk to your customer service they reassured me it WILL be delivered by 6pm. Well it’s past that and your app now tells me it’s back a the facility! What’s going on!!!
