@Georgeatasda trying on here as I’ve rung customer services twice and have been promised a refund both times but it has never materialised. Awful customer service and will never use again.
@Plusnet my parents took out broadband and it’s been active for 10 days but no sign of the email to claim £110 cashback and no way to contact you directly about it. A little frustrating…
