They filed an emergency amici brief telling SCOTUS: do NOT let the Trump-backed Postal Service rule govern this year’s midterms. Keep the old mail-ballot system instead.
Their excuse? “Attempting to implement the Rule now will almost certainly lead to mistakes, delays, and confusion.” They say offices already locked in budgets, staff, envelopes, and training… and North Carolina already mailed its first ballots on September 4. Military and overseas ballots must go out by September 19.
The rule they want blocked until after the election comes from Trump’s election-integrity order. It would require:
• States to submit mail-ballot recipient lists to USPS
• Unique barcodes on outbound and return envelopes
• New federal ballot-mail design standards
• Data submitted through a USPS Federal Ballot Mail Portal
They refuse to even take a position on whether USPS has the legal authority to issue the rule. They just want it postponed until the votes are already cast.
Same Raffensperger. Same playbook. Same “too late, too hard, too confusing” argument—right when the midterms are already underway.
They want one more election under the old rules. Trump wants the new safeguards in place NOW.
The Supreme Court now has to decide whether “logistics” beats election integrity with weeks to go. ⚖️🔥

She was then caught on camera at 3:00 am on Nov. 4th uploading the fraudulent tabulated votes on flash drives without any chain-of-custody or election observers to steal Wisconsin for Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

BREAKING: Senator Josh Hawley says whistleblowers have come forward, alleges the Biden DHS assigned “unprepared and inexperienced personnel” to Trump who weren’t even Secret Service.
