On Monday, August 31, 2026, we concluded the Passion4Health Summer Training Program 2026.
For eight weeks, our scholars explored global health, vision, digital literacy, academic writing, communication, professionalism, and capstone project development, always connecting learning to the real problems facing our communities.
“You do not have to wait until you become a senior healthcare provider or a leader to make an impact. You can start now.”~Joseph Ndagijimana
To our scholars: congratulations. This is only the beginning. The ideas you carry forward, the questions you ask, and the work you will do in your communities and careers will create impact beyond imagination.
A sincere thank you to #Isomo for your mentorship, guidance, and continued support, and to every instructor, mentor, and team member who made this milestone possible, and @Yale for believing in us and support our initiative in all the ways possible. We don't take all these opportunities for granted.

Healthcare insurance can change lives. On August 28, 2026, @p4h_rwanda had the privilege of visiting vulnerable families in Giheka Village, Kagugu Cell, @Kinyinya_Sector.
Throughout the visit, we supported families in need by contributing toward their community-based health insurance, #CBHI, Mutuelle de Sante. @p4h_rwanda, we believe that access to healthcare is not a privilege; it is a necessity. Every contribution, no matter how small it is, can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
Together, we can continue building healthier and stronger communities.

#Reminder: The goal is to create a positive impact and meet the real needs of our primary stakeholders. That's why we design solutions with them. #TheirVoices#Experiences#Ideas are at the heart of every meaningful solution.

Today, we explored what makes a strong #capstoneProject. A capstone is more than just identifying a problem. It starts with listening to and understanding the people affected, then digging deeper to find the root cause instead of making assumptions.
From there, we develop a practical solution, test it, refine it based on feedback, and evaluate its impact. A successful #CapstoneProject is one that solves real-world challenges and creates meaningful change.
Thank you, @HerHealthRwanda , for inspiring meaningful dialogue and collaboration. #Together, we can create a lasting impact.
@p4h_rwanda is more than just a training program—it’s a movement for sustainable change in healthcare.
Yesterday, we were honored to welcome @HerhealthRwanda to our in-person session, strengthening our shared commitment to building healthier communities.
We discussed how community-led solutions can improve the health of women and girls in Rwanda by advancing maternal health.
The conversation reaffirmed one important truth: when young people are equipped with global health knowledge and leadership skills, they become powerful drivers of healthier communities.
As we mark the 31st Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide Against the Tutsi, Passion4Health Foundation joins Rwandans and the global community in solemn remembrance of over one million lives lost. We honor their memory and stand in unwavering solidarity with the survivors.#Kwibuka31
