@Plusnet My broadband keeps disconnecting (orange flashing light) every few minutes for days now. The phone/landline seems to be fine. Nothing has changed inside my property and I have tried all the usual solutions. You did dig up the road last week. Please can you help?

@PureGym I sent you a DM with all my details on Sat but no reply. Money has been taken and I’m now concerned this will happen each month I freeze my account due to the date I have to freeze, i.e. a few days before my direct debit. Is it easier for me to cancel my membership?

@PureGym Hello. I just logged in to freeze my membership for December, as this is the first day after lockdown, but it says the freeze will take place from January. I won’t be going in December and don’t expected to be charged. Please could you advise? Many thanks.

I’m really interested in getting @FontBaseApp (Awesome Yearly or Lifetime) but I’m concerned that it will stop me packaging @InDesign files with their fonts. This is a deal-breaker for me. Will this be resolved?

@plusnethelp My phone line has no dial tone and says “check phone line”. I have checked everything my end and I’m having no luck via my online account - check phone line just disconnects my broadband and I get an error screen.
