@RickandMorty Hereβs a weird pitch - Rick & Morty go to a dimension where the whole universe is a dental clinic x liminal space. Best dental practice in the whole multiverse!
Plenty of good commentary to do about the US healthcare, fear of dentists, AMA vs ADA, etc!
@TheBioneer I'm having some issues accessing some of the content of my order of SuperFunctional Training 2.0, and there isn't any contact/support email on the website. Any way I could get some assistance?
Thanks!

- Python is also a fave for data eng, and gives access to Spark, scikit-learn/pandas. Great for data scientists and corporate data eng teams.

- Jinja2 templated YAML is always a fave for data eng and data analysts alike - it's simple, portable, extendable, accessible. It's also amazing for querying ;)
+ You can steal more Looker clients :)
@robjpalmer@joespurpleshirt@relic_radiation@Cantide1 And last bits of info:
1 - you donβt need to go forward, only backward then release
2 - donβt put too much strain in doing it; listen to yourself.
Hopefully that can help!
@robjpalmer@joespurpleshirt@relic_radiation@Cantide1 Hey Robbie!
Not a medical professional but Iβve been doing Physio for quite a while and an exercice that may help you release tension in that area of your neck is to do a series of retraction of the head - I.e. move your head like a pidgeon.
@robjpalmer@joespurpleshirt@relic_radiation@Cantide1 Alternatively you can think of trying to give yourself a double chin.
Make sure that you isolate the contraction only to the muscles behind your neck as those are the ones you want to work.
The exercise is done in series of 10, every hours/few hours.
