@KenLayne People’d rather see an asset crumble than eat a loss…which is understandable, I guess. Sunken cost and all. Been entertaining the idea since ‘07 and every year the ship sailed further and further. My own fault for never pulling the trigger, but one can hope. Love the show, btw!
