@alex_fasulo So, what exactly are all the studies and reports on DMM, if not an environmental impact analysis? You can choose to not like the outcome, but try to not lie about the process. Also, are we saying a pipeline with 300+ stream crossings should have no environmental review?

@NYEnergyAllies This couldn't be less true if you tried. The article viii process is nothing but a detailed environmental review, no different than and EIS, with more process and more public engagement. But, doesn't fit the narrative so why bother being truthful.
