Ordered two item from Firstcry online, to be delivered at Siliguri,WB.Time and again it was wrongly updated by Xpressbees the courier partner of firstcry that item will be delivered soon.
But was not delivered.

If the delivery location is not serviceable the same can be updated by firstcry India and Xpressbees India both.
If the location is serviceable why am I being harassed??
When asking local Xpressbees centre about the item they are rude and ready to fight.

#TrainDelay @PMOIndia @RailMinIndia @RailwaySeva The great fact is that we are paying superfast charges for the fast trains like KAIFIYAT EXPRESS but it's a routine for these trains to get delayed. Either remove it's superfast tag or make it on time

I don't know why the Kaifiyat Express (12225) AMH to DLI is becoming delayed every day. That too not by one or 2 Hrs but more than that.
It's a shame for Indian Railways.

No information for down time and asking for account verification but no OTP received on mobile and email.
