@LubagaHospital Dear Lubaga Hospital, we need to talk. I got to the hospital at 10am today and by 1:30pm, I was still waiting for a scan. That’s 3½ hours waiting for one service. The lady handling the scans was clearly overwhelmed by the numbers.

The que system also needs serious improvement. Why not have monitors displaying queue numbers and who is next? Today, it felt like people who knew doctors or had connections could move straight through while everyone else waited. Whether intentional or not, that needs to improve
