Then the tv was lost in shipping so they told me a return would be processed. No update from them about my refund until almost three days later I message them and they told me I wasn’t being refunded. That they found my tv and it would be another two weeks…

@Walmart Has some of the worst customer service. I ordered a tv from them on Black Friday. It was supposed to be delivered the week following. I left work to be there when it got to my house and it never came.
