I have relocated by jio airfiber within the same state at the start of april but till today's date neither my old connection has been picked up and neither my new connection got setup yet

I made a transaction of rs 17000 via payment gateway of pinelab dated 15th March but payment got unsuccessful at that time

Today is 14th day almost but i haven't received any refund of such amount and nor supplier of that product got payment

@JioMart_Support It is merchant responsibility to connect with respective bank if they are marking each and every transaction as suspicious one

You have to connect with them and remove that suspicious tag.
