Why should clearing simple groupage of 10 people take 2 months! Yet with no issues just people dragging their feet. Getting release from DPC -2 weeks, opening the container - 2 weeks, reconciliation-2 weeks!

Why doesn’t the officer check the goods when the container is opened and then verify to match the PIVOC. Then release them. Why take 3 weeks and more! That delay leads to corruption. Why not have a system that counts down the time!

Logged in on 7th September 2026 even when it came with a PIVOC as a certificate of conformity which should be acceptable here. The entry just sits there on just 10%.

Opening the container a week, then NII takes over, they can two weeks with just simple weight issues, then reconciliation another week and attaching VA to DPC, a week and now DPC values -2 weeks and then others 3 weeks.

He had the PIVOC which can be verified, has the IM7 and then he just takes his time. The portal has been showing 10% for two weeks. Meaning either the officer needs to be approached.
