(Must be following)
$73k/month brands are building ai ugc machines with claude
not one script, one creator, or one ad at a time
claude turns research into hooks, scripts, and testing angles
each angle becomes different avatars, scenes, tones, and ctas
one product can turn into dozens of ads fast
that’s the shift from creative production to creative systems
less guessing, more volume, faster iteration, cleaner feedback loops

Everyone is using Claude for Meta ads right now.
Very few founders are using it to extract data-backed angles that actually scale.
Which is why I built a resource with the exact Meta Angle OS Claude Prompt I use to build $1M/mo creative systems...
Most brands are using AI to come up with ideas, but it's trained on absolutely nothing, so it just spits out low-effort "AI slop" that fatigues in 3 days.
This prompt automatically analyzes your Amazon reviews, Reddit threads, and post-purchase surveys to extract the deep psychological triggers your buyers care about.
So that you get the exact personas, angles, and hooks you need to scale past $1M/mo.
It gets the founder out of the daily execution weeds and stops you from throwing spaghetti at the wall.
It's yours now if you:
Comment "angle" and I'll send it over.

Nobody in ecom is talking about India.
They fucking should.
1.4 billion people. The largest Facebook user base on the planet. Meta CPMs at $0.50-$2 in most health and beauty niches.
India's ecom market hit $147 billion in 2026 and is growing at 18-20% CAGR — one of the fastest rates of any major economy on earth. The D2C market alone is projected to reach $60 billion by 2027, growing at 40% CAGR. India just surpassed the US as the world's second-largest e-retail market with 270 million online shoppers.
And here's the part that's crazy: a massive chunk of the population speaks English.
That means your US funnel doesn't need translation. You need a price adjustment, a local payment gateway (UPI handles 50% of all ecom payments there), and a fulfillment partner in Mumbai or Delhi.
A friend told me he launched a US skincare product into India last quarter. Same landing page. Same ad structure. Adjusted the price from $89 to $29 for the Indian market.
US CAC: $44. India CAC: $6.
The margins still work because COGS and fulfillment in India are a fraction of US costs.
He was profitable on day 3.
The objection I always hear: "The AOVs are too low."
Sure. Your AOV drops. But when your CAC is $6 and your COGS is $4, a $29 AOV product still prints.
The volume makes up for everything. This isn't a market where you sell 1000 units a day. It's a market where you sell 10,000.
The beauty and personal care market in India is projected to hit $30 billion by 2027 — the fastest-growing BPC market among all major economies. And almost nobody from the US DTC space is running proper funnels there yet.
If you are Indian in the USA or have Indian friends, this is legit one of the best fucking markets to tap into. You already understand the culture, the language, and the consumer psychology. That's a cheat code most ecom entrepreneurs would kill for.
$130k+/month funnels are starting to look like this
not direct product ads
not “buy now” landing pages
just a simple animated hook that pulls you in
a character introduces the problem in seconds
then it leads into a fear-based article funnel
“top doctor reveals…”
“real reason you can’t…”
“what’s happening inside your body…”
it feels like content, not a sales page
you read before you realize you’re being sold to
that’s why it converts so hard
the ad creates curiosity
the page builds fear
the product becomes the solution
same structure reused across niches
weight loss, gut health, supplements, skincare
one ad → one story → one conversion path

How to scale from $30K per month to $100K per month in ad spend without ROAS collapsing.
The complete framework.
The wall: at low budgets, ads reach mostly warm audiences.
Stages 3 to 5. ROAS is excellent.
As budget increases, Meta reaches colder audiences.
Stages 1 and 2.
Your warm-audience message does not work for cold people.
ROAS collapses. Budget gets scaled back.
The cycle repeats.
The solution is not to reduce budget.
It is to build content for the cold audience before scaling.
Step 1: audit your current creative mix.
What percentage targets each awareness stage? If 80% is stages 3 to 5, build stages 1 and 2 before increasing budget by a single dollar.
Step 2: launch unaware and problem-aware ads at current budget.
Let them run for 2 weeks. Watch frequency.
These ads should have the lowest frequency in the account, meaning they are reaching new people.
Step 3: once top of funnel ads are established and GEM is building sequences, increase budget by 20 to 30% every 2 to 3 days.
Step 4: monitor account-level ROAS, not individual ad ROAS.
A top of funnel ad at 1.5x is acceptable if it is feeding the bottom funnel ads that convert at 4x.
Step 5: launch a bid cap scaling campaign with your top spend winners.
The mindset shift: at high budget, the goal is not the highest possible ROAS on a single ad.
The goal is the highest possible revenue at an acceptable account-level ROAS.
A top of funnel ad at 1.5x ROAS that brings in 10,000 new people is more valuable than a bottom funnel ad at 6x ROAS reaching 100 existing customers.
