@united I’m utterly disappointed on the crisis management that I went trough with my family on flight 269. They made us stay 3 hours without taking off, another 3 hours waiting for them to cancel the flight and in the end another 3 hours waiting for the reimbursement. Be better.

Desafortunadamente @Uber_Col dejo de ser un marca y servicio valioso para el usuario - en parque de la 93 y en 48 minutos me cancelaron 5 servicios llegaron seguramente porque les surgió mejor precio - ya no son lo que eran 😡
