A young patient with blindness one week ago. She had papilledema and a liquor pressure of 122 cmH2O. A stenosis of the right transverse venous sinus was found and treated with stenting. Venous pressure dropped down from 61 to 20 mmHg. She recovered her vision in the angio suite.

Remember
- Place the coil but do not detach it
- Deliver the stent
- Then detach the coil
In this case, the stent was placed through the balloon itself
