@nut_history There’s no way he surpasses Michael Jordan or even Muhammad Ali. There are other athletes too that he doesn’t even come close to in popularity. MAYBE the most popular baseball player of all time but that’s even a stretch.
@jflare_ Still a huge fan of Flaherty, this generation is so soft nowadays. Stop attacking passionate and intense athletes. Would love to have him back in STL.
@morepellent If this team is winning or if you move a piece or 2 and they’re winning consistently and making deep playoff runs that’s job security for the entire team minus, maybe, the “weakest link”. If this team fails to perform to standard I think you’re 100% right. Fill until successful.
@morepellent So at first I thought you were just complaining saying the Cardinals are going to be a constant wheel of young prospects for the foreseeable future but after reading your comments I don’t think you’re necessarily on the wrong track. I will say everything is performance based…
@LutherWalt7@MLBNetwork I’d be willing to confidently bet that the cardinals don’t have worst record in baseball. You let me know the amount. Anything up to your entire net worth works for me.
@KayceSmith@LauraRutledge You and other reporters make $250k+ to ask the most obvious questions and call it a job well done, make your time and questions more interesting and I’m sure players will want to stop and talk. “How’d that win feel?” is absolutely horrible reporting 😂😂
@KayceSmith@LauraRutledge Imagine being angry with somebody for wanting to celebrate with their team. Media members and reporters have gotten WAY to ahead of themselves thinking they’re entitled to whatever they want 😂😂
@ShowMeZou Leave Oli alone and let him learn and do his thing. Let him become the franchise coach. The only other option is hiring end of career coaches ever 3 years. Think long term.
