Lloyd Center Ice, which was my home rink growing up, held their final showcase event this past Friday. The rink is a piece of history, as it was the first ever rink in a mall when it opened in 1960.

Big shoutout to photojournalist Andrew Bisset who shot and edited this.

The rink’s final day of business will be August 8th.
