Watch as footage taken by an eyewitness shows federal ICE and Border Patrol agents tackling a person moments before shots rang out. The Department of Homeland Security says the suspect who was shot by federal agents in Minneapolis who was armed with a weapon. Video footage shows agents struggling with the individual before shots were fired. Witnesses report hearing anywhere from 3 to 12 shots. DHS says the suspect was armed and that the weapon has been recovered by federal agents. The person is down this is still developing
