@JamesDelingpole Right now, as members of the EU, we get goods on zero tariffs from the EU, from the EU's FTA partners (69 countries) and from various developing nations tariff-free.

About 87.2% of goods by value enter on 0% tariffs.

On WTO only, much of this will revert to MFN tariff rates.
