The ncaa changes their rules constantly and even the by law you are referring to was changed from “will” to “may” when referring to losing eligibility in 2024. Forego college to play in the nba and then return to college. I don’t think bediako should be able to play as well as the international players doing the same. That just shows ncaa favoritism.
