@MakhubuSimanga I agree with you,
Just love the type of striker like Radioman.
My only problem is his negativity after 60 minutes, he starts to stay on the ground.
The attitude indicates that I want to go out now.
@UncappedLekoko Nne Lekoko,
Pitso must come back and put that point differently.
To suit a specific game or the shape that he wants, players must be willing to what they normally don't do in their teams.
In his words, it came out as protecting one player and bring discomfort to the other.
@NaeemahBenjamin@ProteasMenCSA must really respond to this stupidity and stinking attitude. This is directed to the skill colour of the captain by this fool who thinks he is special. He is leading himself and not by his captain.
He hope to hear from @ProteasMenCSA urgently as south Africans.
#SIUWorkingForYou| SIU SECURES R42.4 MILLION IN CASH AND ASSETS LINKED TO BRIBES PAID TO TEMBISA HOSPITAL OFFICIALS
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) has secured approximately R42.4 million in cash, properties, pensions and investments linked to the R100 million in bribes allegedly paid by businessman Stefan Joel Govindraju to officials at Tembisa Hospital to secure procurement deals worth approximately R600 million.
@METROFMSA We know nothing about the people we seem to think we know.
Just saw this now, but someone was chopping onions next to me.
Ramahlwe man...the story of a black child to a man in this case is heavy and beautiful at the same time.
These elections are about privatization of municipal services or rebuilding of municipal capacity. Appointing engineers, architects, town planners, cleaners, water specialists, waste collectors. Not through tenders, but as municipal workers. The middle class, across income range, race, sexual orientation and otherwise, understands this. @Our_DA got it completely wrong. For a party that contests by-elections only when there is a sufficient number of whites in the ward, or the transfer of a sitting ward councillor from another party as a candidate, there is no data to support their hallucinations about Johannesburg.
I see the middle class of Johannesburg, across all races, Black and White, is not buying into @Our_DA’s “let’s privatise municipal services” manifesto. The meltdown 🫣🤣🤣🤣. Someone must ask them, what have they privatized in Cape Town?
The @Our_DA is likely to lose nearly 50% of its seats in the Johannesburg council, falling from 104 to 71, and likely to land in the 50s (conservative, outside the current poll which puts this number further down) in just two elections, and that’s not news because our newsrooms want the DA to win. Mxm😖
The @MYANC completely failed to read the DA’s local government elections strategy. If it wasn’t for the media, we were all going into the elections with a clear understanding that both the ANC and the DA face a serious local government election crisis. Imagine losing nearly 50% of votes in one of the biggest electoral spaces, the City of Johannesburg, in just one election and not a single article saying the DA is dead in Johannesburg. The party lost nearly 500,000 votes (PR + Ward), declining from just under 1 million to 482,653 total votes, seats declining from 104 to 71, a loss of 33 seats in one election.
@helenzille mayoral candidate is a crisis intervention team. Imagine bribing back a 75-year-old veteran, after she told all of us that she going to retirement, spend time with family and host podcast, Tea with Helen, just to stop the bleeding. The ANC wants to do the same, matching a 75-year-old with their own 75-year-old to stop electoral bleeding with another round of electoral bleeding. A complete failure to read the elections.
@News24 and some media companies are DA electoral saving grace. And of course the complete destruction of the ANC doesn’t help.
I am in a meeting with elections analysts. Someone innocently asked a question, so you know why there was no hysteria and pandemonium when the @Our_DA lost 2.9 million votes and 285 seats between the 2016 and 2021 Local Government Elections? The person asked because I had just taken them through the media rant about how the @EFFSouthAfrica was “dead” after its first electoral slight decline in the national elections in 2024. Well, we know the answer to this.
But here is why there’s hysteria, unimaginable funding, and a DA scramble for votes in Johannesburg today, @Ipsos is now projecting DA support falling below 17% in the upcoming 2026 LGE. That would be a second consecutive decline, deeper than the drop from 2016 to 2021, and it is what has the party rattled. If the DA does not stop the bleeding at the upcoming elections, it is going to be like the @MYANC, both on downward trends. There is a serious panic while everyone pays attention to the EFF.
These are the @Our_DA results from the 2016 and 2021 Local Government Elections. In 2016 the DA received 8 million total votes (PR + Ward) and 1,782 seats, but by 2021 that had fallen to 5 million votes, a decline of nearly 3 million. People want to talk about by-elections for a party that only contests in enclaves, but it has happened before and it can happen again. The real question is where do @Action4SA, @BuildOneSA, @Rise_Mzansi and @OnsBaizaNie expect to find their votes, because someone must lose unless voter turnout changes drastically.
They want to use polling to influence elections. It’s all mind games.
