I once ended up in a 4 month long dispute with @Deliveroo because they delivered ice cold food and said tough ****. Just had a delivery from @MannaAero that wasnโt the warmest I just passed on the feedback not as a complaint and they sent a full refund without me asking ๐

@VirginMediaIE I've tried 10+ times to get through to cancel. Still sitting on the phone over 30 mins right now. I can't get through to anyone and you're saying I'm overdue now even though I no longer live in the house. Is this even legal? only cancel by phone then don't answer
