House contract is up.
The roof leaks.
House Rent increased.

The main difference between Israel and the Palestinians is that Israel has the capability to destroy the entire Palestinian population, but chooses not to. On the other hand, the Palestinians want to destroy the entire Israel, but they lack the capability to do so.
