@bt_uk My mum is 82. She has moved house & has been trying to get landline & broadband sorted for her new home for weeks now. Keeps being messed around having to make daily calls from a friend’s phone as no mobile. Promises being made and not met. Appalling treatment of elderly!

@bt_uk @SteveArnieW Thx for responding. Over 4 weeks ago, she was told it would take 14 working days, nothing happened. So many calls, stressing her out & she was then told to cancel the contract & re set up a new one. This is now a week ago & still nothing has happened. She needs an engineer asap

Last night 20 mins - tonight the 6.40 from CX left on time & now we’re just sitting at Grove Park waiting for another driver - 15 mins already.
The 90p delay repay does not compensate for these constant issues #poorservice #delays
