So many promises made in the Renewed Hope Manifesto have been fulfilled by President Tinubu led administration while efforts have gone far in achieving others.
@PBATMediaCentre broke down some of these promises and their status in the image below.

President Tinubu declined to receive a South African envoy, citing ongoing xenophobic attacks against Nigerians in South Africa.
Nigeria insists on a signed Memorandum of Understanding on the Early Warning Mechanism, designed to address xenophobia, before further diplomatic engagement.
This isn't a mob or a group of vigilantes. These are South African police officers. It's one thing to restrain a suspect who has already been subdued. It's another to wrap a cloth around his head to suffocate him while continuing to hit him.
He died, and the response from a South African female minister was that the "foreigner was resisting arrest."
This man was killed inside his own home. We are witnessing the systematic targeting of Nigerians in South Africa.
🇿🇦 JUST IN
Despite denial statements from the South African Police, video from Bellville, Cape Town appears to show officers strangling and suffocating Chika Ibe, a Nigerian from Abia State.
Chika Ibe later died.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has opened an investigation into the incident.
I believe @ruffydfire often presents or frame issues in a way that, in my opinion, distorts the facts and may mislead the public.
2: The Management of @ARISEtv should approve INDEPENDENT FACT-CHECKERS to also be in that show.
3: @nbcgovng should do their job simple.
Nigeria is increasingly becoming one large construction site as the FG not Tinubu via HM @FMWNIG@DaveUmahi pushes ahead with road infrastructure projects across the country.
2: The ongoing construction and rehabilitation of highways and strategic roads are aimed at improving connectivity, boosting economic activities, creating jobs, and enhancing development.
3: Examples are Lagos-Calabar; Sokoto- Badagry; Enugu-Onitsha; Owerri-Umuahia: Enugu-Port Harcourt, Aba-Ikot Ekpene, Calabar-Abuja; Lokoja-Abuja; kano-Maiduguri;Bama-Banki; etc.
-(a): plus roads in South West, North Central and North West.
4 roads in FCT nko, you can not argue against Wike
The people of Orlu, Orsu, Lilu, and the towns around the Ihiala axis will never forget the atrocities caused by these mad people.
Glad it's getting the needed Publicity and a proper documentary.
Now that's what I call representation! So proud of Burna Boy. He had a global stage, and he gave the world a performance to remember Nigeria by. This is what all patriots should do. Well done!

One thing I truly admire about Seyi Tinubu @STinubu is his unwavering commitment to campaigning for and promoting his father’s vision, regardless of your political leaning or affiliation.
In the past, we’ve gone toe-to-toe debating politics & policies under the scorching sun for over 2 hours, exchanging arguments over loud music and over steaming plates of hot Amala. He never dodges the tough questions, never takes offense, and stays fully engaged no matter how packed his schedule is.
I once told him: “If the policies you’re pushing actually get implemented as promised, it will trigger a seismic shift and win over many new supporters.”
From NNPC to Subsidy to ASUU strikes to FX Stabilization to Foreign Policy, I will say he has proven right and I am impressed.
A few major policies are pending, but the results so far are speaking. I will always be an advocate of civility with civic discussions and one void of toxicity.
Nigeria Forward 🇳🇬💚
Please fact-check me: Almost 70% of Nigerians who apply for a United Kingdom visa are approved. Almost 60% of Nigerians applying for an American visa are accepted. Slightly over 50% of Nigerians who apply for Canadian visas are granted visas.
In addition, Nigerian citizens have visa-free access to at least 44 countries (actually more).
Also, Nigeria's passport rose to 89th out of 199 countries on the Henley Passport Index, up from 94 in 2025 and 98 in 2022. What this means is that the Nigerian passport is STRONGER than more than half of all the passports on Earth.
So, in conclusion, we have to be circumspect about our choice of words and not confuse personal experiences with national situations.
Nigerians are not trapped in Nigeria, nor is Nigeria scorned by the rest of the world. Time Out magazine of London listed Lagos as the 19th-best place to live on Earth, and Detty December became the single biggest tourist event in Africa, drawing 1.2 million visitors to Lagos annually.
Also, Foreign Direct Investment inflows into Nigeria hit an 11-year high in 2025, according to the World Investment Report 2026, released on Tuesday, July 2, 2026, by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. Per UNCTAD, FDI into Nigeria increased by 148.4% to $4 billion in 2025, from $1.61 billion in 2024.
If an individual is denied a visa, it is usually due to their specific circumstances and is not a reflection of, or a judgment on, their country of origin.
Nigeria has given us so much. Many of us have risen from humble circumstances to achieve fame and fortune because of the Nigerian nation and its people. Let us therefore be prudent and not de-market the nation that has given us so much. Nigeria is not finished. Nigeria is blessed!

Anybody who wants to argue about what the impact of these reforms have mean go and look at the reserves figure as of yesterday, we are hovering around $52 billion. When we started, the net reserves figure was in the region of about $3 billion plus.
