Emailed twice to [email protected] with zero response. Now I severely impacted from Opus-to-Sonnet downgrade policy plus have only about 1 day quota with next reset over 2 working days. Is there any better solution?
@claudeai@bcherny i have upgraded Max 5x to 20x for over a week but system still apply 5x usage calculation to me. Fin AI Agent consistency stated no refund, no compensation, no option, no escalation, and unreasonable insisting to opt in extra usage (for 20x usage pattern!)
