Went to pottery class for 1st time. Made an offering to Lord Satoshi. It must be filled with the essence of the harpies of the TradFi devil. Who’s essence shall fill my cup?
No reasonable jury could conclude @chrislarsensf and @bgarlinghouse were reckless. The SEC sued them because it was being the bully that it loves to be. Despite being given the proof of every single XRP transaction these two executives made, the SEC went after bank records and debit/credit card statements. The SEC also used fraud-like language in a NON-FRAUD CASE all meant to intimidate and pressure. When you’re innocent, the two executives did exactly what you do with a bully - 🤛 in the face.

I want to thank my special guests for agreeing to share their unique perspectives on the Hinman emails. @attorneyjeremy1 has read every pleading filed in the @Ripple case over the last 2 1/2 years and no one knows the case any more or better than he does. He’s been a vocal advocate and supporter of #XRPHolders as well as their counsel.
But @CryptoLawUSTV is not interested in producing an echo chamber of any sort and some of us do suffer from confirmation bias. That’s why I invited @Marc_Fagel, who has respectfully taken the other side at times, including disagreeing with me. He’s worked as an SEC enforcement lawyer and as a defense lawyer fighting the SEC. He brings a unique perspective unlike the rest of us.
@CecereCarl filed a motion to intervene on behalf of @RoslynLayton fighting to make sure the emails wouldn’t be sealed from the public. We will get his take and whether the June 13 ends his quest.
Plus, we may have a surprise or two in addition to the above. All on the 5th Anniversary of the Hinman Speech itself.
Apparently ethereum has an ascending triangle, I think this is very good for alts like $XCN and I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes.
How high do you think we can go?
Tortoises can feel their shells. A mechanoreceptive innervation in the superficial layers of the shell is sensitive to touch and vibrations
