@RegionalTVCat Because they know that is the reality of STL at the present time - my office is downtown and there is 20% of the foot traffic today compared to the 2010s. Restaurants, bars, condos, etc. which had been not just open but thriving are gone.
@NDAlumni We attended his camp back in St. Louis which was free to all of the kids and Christian and his entire family were very gracious and amazing. It was a great camp followed by a speech by him and and his pastor about their faith, he is a great young man.
Year #10 doing @GSV_STL
Pigskin preview stop #1 is the Rockwood Summit Falcons who are 51-12 since 2019 having won four straight conference titles. The Falcons return 14 starters and have the biggest o-line they’ve had under Eric Stewart’s 12-year reign.
Big things expected.
Congrats to TJ for being named the top overall Class of 2030 (7th Grade) performer at the @elitefootball Middle School Combine. He also ranked in the top 10 in every test score when including 8th Graders. @RSHS_Football@JPRockMO
@GioiasDeli We are excited to have you here! My 11 year old son loves your Porknado and looks to see if you have opened every time we drive past on 141

@martinkilcoyne2 In the end, plaintiffs built a case that the NFL/Enos and the rest of the league believed lacked merit 4 years ago to the point they settled for a high 9 figure sum. This is a win for STL, the question of how it is spent is another issue.
@martinkilcoyne2 more likely to be reversed on appeal. We would need to look at the agreement itself to determine if Enos is paying it all himself or whether it is being split, and even then there may be a side agreement between the defendants on who pays and how much. (3)
@martinkilcoyne2 some of the damages sought, such as disgorgement, in this case. Even if the MO Court of Appeals would defer to the jury on questions of fact related to whether the NFL/Enos did in fact commit fraudulent misrepresentation, the types of damages is a question of law which is (2)
@martinkilcoyne2 There is no such thing as a guarantee at ANY jury trial. To me the biggest concern was the potential for certain types of damages to be stricken or reduced on appeal, even assuming a verdict was rendered in their favor. There is no clear MO case law I am aware of addressing (1)
