I read an article years ago about a kid losing their life this way. I think about it every time my boys are in the cab with me. Can’t shake it. I get a little snippy if they don’t sit where and how I tell them. I hate it, but glad I’m aware of it.
I’m starting a “careers in Ag” 4-H club this Thursday. The goal is to expose the members to as many industries within Ag as possible and at each meeting teach them about resume building, interviews, public speaking and emotional intelligence. Any other suggestions?
