@IndiGo6E My mother had a flight from Delhi to Mumbai. She had a carry-on with a pouch containing some important documents and cash (~25k INR). Before boarding, she was told the flight was full and that her bag would need to go as check-in, to be returned on priority. (1/4)

@IndiGo6E After they realized what had happened, my mother immediately contacted @IndiGo6E. Unfortunately, the airline took no responsibility, saying the issue should have been reported at the airport itself. This lack of support only adds to the frustration and disappointment. (4/4)
