@cassiedangerous The crusts are epidermal collar eyes, caused by staph pyoderma, secondary to allergies little buddy. The hyperpigmentation in the axillary/armpit area could be from yeast, also secondary to allergies. Culprit is environmental and inhaled allergens. Tough time of year for all.
