It's going to take a while for #Ottawa residents to regain faith in municipal leaders/institutions. The last 14 days have been a mess. The staggering loss of control by those purported to be in control has shaken the city to its core. People are demoralized, disgusted & incensed.

I truly hope .@flyairnorth receives and collects ALL THE AWARDS for best airline. I have yet to have any issue with their airline and customer service, before, during and ready to bet AFTER this miserable Panini 😷.

@Delta 2mins later her colleague took over and I was miraculously allowed to board, no issue. I never got to speak to another manager. .@delta was this necessary? I’m still trying to get a hold of your customer service, as this was humiliating and not ok.

Now onto .@Delta because yes- the flying situation got worst with their customer service. With my Covid + result, I made sure to follow both Delta Airlines AND GovCan policy. Their employee tried to refuse my Dr’s note, stating “You could’ve forged this”.

@Delta To make things worst, she made a scene, making me almost miss my flight and of course, passengers in line could hear her saying I was Covid+.

Finally, when I asked to speak to a manager, she said “I am the manager”. I asked for another manager, she “made a phone call”. @Delta
