I’m sorry but a free rental day does not even cover the cost of the gas my mother spent to come and rescue us from the airport were your company left us stranded. Not to mention the events I had to cancel because of you giving my reservation away.

@Budget Maybe that’s your typical practice but NOTHING AT ALL was offered to us, we were literally sent into the cold with ZERO options. Why do you bother making reservations if you just give the cars away regardless?!?
Not believable, your firm left me and my 2 year old stranded at the airport in -20+ weather when you gave our reserved vehicle away. Your employee offered us no assistance and sent us back into the cold and told us to go elsewhere @CEOlarrydeshon
@Budget you have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Why do you take reservations when at 1 am you send a mother and 2 year old child away into the cold because for some reason you didn’t think my reservation was important enough to keep. #budgetcarrentalsucks
