Life with young kids moves fast. Too fast. The days blur together and suddenly they're not that little anymore.

Meditation is the one habit that actually slows that down, not in some abstract way, but in how you literally perceive time. When your brain has space to process instead of constantly reacting, the days stop ripping by.

Start small. 5 minutes when you wake up, 5 minutes before bed. Quantity first, quality comes later.

Your kids are only going to be this age once. This is the gift you give yourself to actually be there for it.

If I had $10 million in the bank tomorrow, what would I actually get up and do?

The answer wasn't that far off from my life already.
