@EE It’s not my phone, it’s my husbands who is sick atm. I’m trying to sort it out because he is unable to but you’re not exactly helpful. I’ve ended up having to pay TWICE for the same thing. How about a customer email for those that can’t phone? 🙄

@EE had the WORST customer service ever. You can’t get through to anyone for help. There no email address to query and if you try to use social get the same message back saying to contact through the website! It’s like pulling teeth!

Glad I was able to take my mum to see @MJtheMusicalUK. We had tickets for 8/10 but it was cancelled while we were on the tube. She was devastated. Luckily I managed to book for the next day & make her wish come true. It’s was fantastic! We both loved every minute of it!
